• Fits the Adcraft 8 quart aluminum sauce pot — 9-1/8 inch diameter
• Made from 3003 aluminum, which conducts heat evenly and handles repeated high-heat use on commercial ranges
• NSF certified — meets sanitation standards for foodservice and institutional kitchens
• Part of the Hyperion3 cookware line, so it matches the pot body in material and construction
• Sold as a single cover — useful as a replacement or when ordering the pot and lid separately

Cooks running stock and sauce production on the line rely on a tight-fitting lid to speed up bring-to-boil times and keep liquids from reducing too fast. If you already own the matching pot or are ordering both together, this cover completes the setup.
